Buffalo Bar hosts ‘A Vintage Christmas’

Vintage must be in the air as this is the third post where I have delved into all things old. So men, listen up, as this trend is really not going anywhere. To learn more see my feature on vintage in Cardiff here >>

Anyway, back to last week. I was invited to be a style adviser at Buffalo Boutique who were hosting an event where you can party whilst you shop. Buffalo Bar is one of my favourite places to go in Cardiff so I was chuffed when they asked me to be part of their event which was also featured in The Guardian! I was also lucky enough to style alongside my friend and fellow blogger Lily Howes who runs a great vintage fashion blog called handmedowncardiff.wordpress.com that would be perfect if you need ideas for your female relatives or girlfriend this Christmas.

There were lots of stalls filled with vintage treats that were perfect for Christmas presents and you could sip a festive drink whilst you shop. Pretty perfect really, and definitely better than trying to fight through the crowds on Christmas Eve.

Here are my top picks that I found at the event which would be a perfect to update your wardrobe this season:

Everybody loves a denim jacket..

This jacket would really make you stand out from the crowd and is on trend too!

Sports luxe, 90s cool or fresh prince of bel air, call it what you will, all I know it that it is so bad it is brilliant and a definite must-buy!

this print on knitwear is HUGE at the moment and at Buffalo there were so many that were half the price of the high street ones.
